Product introduction
DS series explosion-proof limit switches (hereinafter referred to as limit switches) are designed and manufactured in accordance with GB3836-2010, and have passed the examination and inspection of the national designated inspection unit and obtained the explosion-proof certificate. The explosion-proof sign is Exd Ⅱ BT6 Gb. The limit switch is applicable to the explosive environment of Class IIB T6 group and below, and is suitable for use as a limit switch in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical and other fields.
Structure overview
The limit switch shall comply with the requirements of this standard, and shall be manufactured according to the specified procedures to the drawings and documents approved by the national designated inspection unit. It can be mass produced only after obtaining the 'explosion-proof certificate' issued by the inspection unit and the 'production license' issued by the General Administration of Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China.
The shell of the limit switch is made of aluminum alloy. The chamber is of flameproof structure. The creepage distance and electrical clearance shall comply with the GB3836 standard, and the cable inlet shall be compressed and sealed with rubber sealing ring.
