Features of high-performance butterfly valve:

1. The double eccentric structure design achieves the effect of separation upon opening and sealing upon closing. The uniquely designed lip type sealing structure achieves zero leakage of bidirectional bubble level under the use of elastic interference and self sealing.

2. The interchangeable PTFE valve seat can be used under various working conditions to achieve the best service life and effect.

3. The anti blow out valve is designed to ensure the safety and reliability of use under working conditions.

4. Under the working condition of fugitive media, low leakage carbon fiber bowl type combined filler structure can be used, meeting the requirements of ISO15848 and API622 standards.

5. The tangential pin of the valve rod is half on the valve plate and half in the valve rod. The tangential positioning makes the valve plate and the valve bear extrusion stress instead of shear stress, making the connection more reliable.

6. It is equipped with ISO 5211 standard connection panel, which can be used to install pneumatic device, electric device, pneumatic hydraulic linkage and other remote control mechanisms for automatic control system.
