Features of metal sealed butterfly valve

1. The four-dimensional eccentric design is adopted. In addition to the valve body eccentricity A and valve seat eccentricity B, there are two special sealing structures with oblique cone and elliptical angle eccentricity (C and D). The combination of these four eccentricities increases the cam effect, realizing the separation of butterfly plates when opening and sealing, and the sealing when closing contact. There is almost no friction between the valve seat and the valve plate during the opening and closing process, which not only reduces the valve operating torque but also extends the service life.

2. The butterfly valve is designed with a movable valve seat and a movable sealing ring. Multilayer composite sealing ring or pure metal sealing ring can be selected according to the working conditions. The sealing ring and valve seat designed and processed in a modular way can be replaced or repaired on site. All seals have positioning holes, which are convenient to replace without special tools and technologies. For butterfly valves with valve seats overlaid with other bodies, the damage of the sealing surface will lead to the scrapping of the valve as a whole and must be removed.

3. The valve seat sealing surface adopts the latest supersonic spray welding or stainless steel nitriding technology, and the surface hardness is HRC 40-65. The sealing surface with high hardness and high wear resistance effectively resists wear and erosion caused by particles in the medium, molecular carriers, silicon dioxide, ceramic particles, dust and other particles.

4. The hardness difference between the valve seat and the sealing ring is very important in the tri eccentric butterfly valve. There is almost no hardness difference between the sealing pairs made of ordinary stainless steel. Scratches occur when the valve is switched on and off several times under the working pressure difference. We design the hardness difference of the sealing pairs to be at least HRC10, which eliminates wear and scratches and is a key factor in sealing performance.

5. The valve seat and sealing ring are grinded and ground by 18000 rpm high speed diamond grinding wheel with special fixture. After machining, the finish reaches the mirror surface, reaching the bubble level zero leakage requirement of sealing upon closing.

7. Under the working condition of fugitive media, low leakage carbon fiber bowl type combined filler structure can be used, meeting the requirements of ISO15848 and API622 standards.

8. The valve stem is made of high-strength steel, and the inner end of the bearing is lengthened to provide maximum support for the valve stem, which greatly improves the service life and operating performance of the valve.

9. Anti fly out valve stem design.

10. It is equipped with ISO 5211 standard connection panel, which can be used to install pneumatic device, electric device, pneumatic hydraulic linkage and other remote control mechanisms for automatic control system.
