Performance characteristics

DK-800 is 5/2,3/2 plate type, tubular universal flameproof CT6 single electric control solenoid valve, made of aluminum 6061, with coil protection grade of TP66, gas source interface of G1/4, NAMUR plate type connection and pipe thread connection.

Installation: according to the product design, these valves use filtered inert gas or air, the working pressure should not exceed the maximum allowable pressure of 8bar, and the minimum medium or ambient temperature is - 10 ℃. The installation and maintenance of valves must be carried out by personnel with corresponding qualifications. When installing valves with Ex mark, ensure that all metals or conductors are effectively grounded, and the valve body is grounded through solid bolts.

Pneumatic connection and instructions:

Connect the conduit according to the instructions on the nameplate, the solenoid valve interface is G1/4, the air inlet 1 (the inlet of the main air source), the air outlet 2 and 4 (the working hole connecting the actuator), and the air outlet 3 and 5 (the muffler is installed)

Operating principle description:

When the power is off, 1 and 2 are connected, 2 # port has air, 4 # port has no air, and the valve is closed.

When the solenoid valve is energized, 1 and 4 are connected, there is no air at port 2, and there is air at port 4. The valve opens. When the power is off, the valve automatically closes.

If the valve needs to be opened for a long time, the solenoid valve coil needs to be powered on for a long time and will automatically close when the power is off. (It is recommended to use double coil control) When the solenoid valve controls the single acting actuator, the solenoid valve is in the two position three-way state (the plug of port 2 is blocked). When power is on, 1 and 4 are connected, the valve opens, and when power is off, the valve automatically closes.
