Features of soft seal fixed ball valve

1. Three seat configurations are available:

1.1 (DBB structure) single piston valve seat with double blocking and discharging functions can cut off the medium at both ends of the valve,

If there is overpressure in the middle chamber, it can be safely discharged through the valve seat.

1.2 (DIB-1 structure) double piston valve seat, two-way double sealing, but the valve seat has no self pressure relief effect,

Safety relief valve shall be set to relieve overpressure in the middle chamber;

1.3 (DIB-2 structure) upstream single piston, downstream double piston, downstream double piston valve seat can be sealed in both directions, upstream single piston valve seat can discharge overpressure in the middle chamber.

2. Fireproof function: the valve seat, stuffing box, fixed shaft and valve stem are all equipped with graphite fireproof gaskets to achieve safe fireproof function.

3. Anti static function, anti-static rod and ball valve, fixed shaft and ball valve are all designed with static spring, and the actual anti-static function.

4. Anti fly out valve stem design.

5. The valve seat and valve stem are designed with grease injection function to provide emergency sealing.

6. Three self lubricating bearing structure, low valve opening and closing torque.

7. The valve rod is double sealed with O-ring, and the sealing is stable and reliable.

8. It is equipped with ISO 5211 standard connection panel, which can be used to install pneumatic device, electric device, pneumatic hydraulic linkage and other remote control mechanisms for automatic control system.
